Music Tutoring

I have been passionate about music for the majority of my life, and love sharing this passion with my students. I believe that for students to succeed in music, they must (1) enjoy their lessons and practice sessions, and (2) be able to see and track the progress that they are making. To ensure that this happens, I work closely with my students and their families to support at-home practice and to foster a love for music-making.

I first taught for a music school, where I learnt valuable skills and gained very fond memories. I was able to take these experiences away and open my own business at the beginning of 2025. Since then, I have enjoyed developing my pedagogical practices, and creating a comfortable and approachable learning environment for all.

I have experience working with an incredibly diverse range of students. I have previously taught early childhood music classes, and currently tutor private students ranging from ages 5 to adult. I am well-versed in teaching beginners through to advanced students, and have been successful in preparing students for their AMEB exams. I also have experience working with neurodiverse students and students with disabilities, and have found that my tailored approach means that all students are able to achieve their goals under my guidance.
